Cookie Monster

This weekend I made a dessert that required Oreo cookies for the crust.  This one actually.  The recipe falls into the don't bother to make again category in case you were wondering.  Anyway, we had a couple of Oreos leftover so we decided to give Olivia one for dessert.  She gobbled it right up!  See pictures below for her cookie face.

I made a peanut butter pie (kind of a lighter cheesecake type) for Easter that was to die for. It has many of the same ingredients, but without the pudding.
