Birth Class Update

Last night Glenn and I had our second birth class. It went pretty well. I really appreciated the overview of hospital procedures. She went over step-by-step what normally happens from getting to the hospital until we leave pretty much. It was very helpful. It's one of those things I couldn't learn by reading books and most new moms don't remember it all - they must be distracted for some reason when they get to the hospital. :) It was also really nice to spend some time with Glenn. After class, even though it was after 9:30, we decided to stop at Culver's for some frozen custard. It ended up being pretty late by the time we got home since we didn't leave Lincoln until 10:00 but I've decided it's important for us to take the time together before Olivia makes her debut.
On a different note, Olivia is still very active and kicks and rolls around quite a bit. The only sad thing is that she tends to be active with strong kicks only certain times during the day...like when Glenn is at work. Thanks to this he has not felt her moving yet. She does move some in the evenings, but not much comparatively. One of these days...
