Olivia's House

For Olivia's second birthday I fell in love with the idea of making her a little playhouse out of cardboard.  I was inspired by one that I saw here, but I didn't care for the flat roof and I didn't want to deal with buying more paint to make a bunch of cardboard flowers for the window box.  So here are the pictures of what Glenn and I came up with together.  We had a lot of fun doing it together and we spent less than $9 total!  One trick that my brilliant husband came up with was to use the edge of the second box to make the roof.  It looks much cleaner that way.  We used duct tape to hold the house together and then a glue gun to put on accessories.
I do wish I was a better decorative painter.  In any case, Olivia loves it!
